About us

Trevino's Auto Mart has been selling vehicles in McAllen since 1992. We're an independent dealer that runs like a big store, with many of the same lenders the franchise dealers use and a real sales process, without the big-store hours. Our team is growing  and we're looking for someone who takes the work seriously. You'll work directly with the sales manager and the general manager and get hands-on training from day one.

The job 

You'll help customers find and buy the right vehicle, whether they walk onto the lot or reach us by phone, text, or online. Pay is commission-based, so your income grows with what you sell.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, find out what they need, present vehicles, and take test drives
• Follow up daily with leads and past customers by phone and text to set appointments
• Send short personalized videos to customers before their visits
• Work with the sales manager on pricing, trade-ins, and financing options
• Collect customer paperwork and keep the CRM up to date
• Build repeat and referral business, including through your own social media

What we're looking for

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Available to work Saturdays
• Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer, social media and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, reliable, and open to coaching
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus; no car sales experience required

Pay

$30,000 - $75,000+ per year. 100% commission with a weekly draw against commission. You're paid per vehicle sold, plus volume bonuses as your monthly numbers climb. Our current salespeople sell 13–20 vehicles a month.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM–4:30 PM, with one day off per week. Schedules may change based on business needs.
